This policy explains how MERA SKY ("we") handles personal data on www.merasky.net and in the MERA SKY application. It is a working draft and will be reviewed against applicable Saudi privacy requirements before commercial launch.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), organization details you enter, content you create (events, briefs, profiles, venue listings, booking requests) and contact form submissions.
How we use it
To provide the service, respond to inquiries, secure accounts and improve the product. AI features send the brief you submit and relevant platform records you are permitted to see to our AI processing provider to generate a plan; we log usage metadata, not your full content.
Isolation and access
Organization data is isolated with database-level access policies. Talent and venue profiles become visible to other users only after review.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your profile and records, and request account deletion by emailing info@merasky.net.
